We work with clients to ensure the end state is aligned with guiding principles, which might include biases towards or away from outsourcing, from best of breed versus a single integrated solution, or from developing capabilities internally versus leveraging packaged applications or service offerings.
Arriving at the end state can necessitate change at functional, operational, and organizational levels. We work carefully with our clients to develop high level plans and a business case for achieving objectives and realizing the benefits of the target state.
Solutions Identification and Selection
With a strategy and road map in hand, we guide clients through a process to identify solutions that best align with client requirements. We focus on defining clear and concise requirements and identify the forces that will drive solution identification.
With a firm grasp of both guiding principles and detailed requirements, we leverage our knowledge of vendors and service providers in our space to identify appropriate candidate solutions, and lead and perform efforts to develop, circulate and manage Requests for Information or Proposal processes. We will orchestrate one or more proofs of concept, if necessary, to finalize the selection, and guide clients through valuable pre-implementation activities while assisting with the contracting process.
