Chris has 30 years of leadership experience developing and delivering enterprise strategies in the investment management domain. Starting with a technical background as a data management specialist, Chris subsequently led multiple business transformation and platform implementation projects for large institutional investors including insurance companies, pension funds, and banks. Chris is passionate about optimizing operating models to drive data quality, eliminate latency and minimize operational risk.
Chris is the Co-founder and Principal of Castle Peak Associates and obtained his MBA from Kingston University.
Ken Rahl

Ken Rahl, one of Castle Peak’s founding Principals, is an accomplished management consulting professional who has spent nearly 30 years delighting clients in the institutional investment management community. Ken has worked across the buy-side spectrum, supporting the largest and most recognized pension managers, insurers, and mutual fund organizations in North America, as well as numerous smaller, highly specialized shops.
As a Certified Public Accountant, Ken has spent considerable time supporting investment accounting systems and the systems and capabilities in the broader investments landscape, including extensive work with financial and regulatory reporting, performance measurement, and data management.
Operating in consulting management roles since 1996, Ken has developed ample talent by assembling diverse teams of professionals, who have worked together to deliver solutions under highly challenging circumstances.
